Reset your password
Enter the email address for your own invited Quest account. The reset link goes to that inbox; a household member cannot set your password for you in Quest.
Lost access to your email?
Quest cannot change an account email because someone writes from a different inbox. If you cannot use the old email, a household owner can end that account's access to the household and arrange a fresh invitation to a different email you can use. Your old private records will not move to the new profile. Do not use someone else's inbox for a child account. For questions about your information, contact privacy@curavest.co.uk.
